Nice tent

Nice tent for the money. The bags that can be filled with weights to hold the poles down came in handy. Easy to put up.

great little tent but....

so we purchased this for company events due to the 10x10 tent we had being too heavy and bulky. our team loved it being so much lighter and compact BUT the one issue they told me was that to take the tent down you need 4 people because each pole is locked and you cannot slide the tent down for take down without 4 at once unlocking it. since they are a team of 2 this makes it very difficult so they have to reach out to other vendors for help real quick and sometimes people are not in the helping mood. other than that, the tent is great.

Clips failed to work on original and replacement canopy

Shipping was decent. Went to set up the canopy to check it out. One of the clips wouldn't lock the pole into position. The locking mechanism in the clip was all screwy and I didn't want to mess with it since it was just opened out of a box 10 minutes prior. Returned the canopy and ordered another one because the 6x6 dimension is perfect for what I need it for. The second one arrived and I set it up. No problems. Great. Put it in its travel case and put it away until I needed to use it. First time I took it out after the initial set up and the one of the clips was stuck on the pole. I couldn't get it to budge. Useless and unfortunately by the time I set it up the second time the return window was closed, so I'm stuck with this cheap product that can't be set up properly.

Junk broke second time taking down they want more money to ship it back Tham paid for

Snapped right where the arm screws together. The company refuses to pay shipping so to ship it back it would cost ove 100 plus the box so not even worth it to. It's really not fair either. This was meant to be used for a non-profit that gives seniors citizens free money to spend at the farmers market so our services don't just benefit the seniors but they benefit the farmers and we all work for free to make this happen. This takes away from the money that could be feeding 10 senior citizens this is very wrong. I used one last year all year long and someone stole it was an ozark trail cannot find another one so not only does this company rob people but someone else robbed us and we just want to feed senior citizens. I have never had a company treat me as bad as this that wants me to pay more than I paid to get a replacement. This is very very wrong for a very cheap product.

So far so good

We have this up for the summer, just to cover our griddle. So far it's done the job without issue. Perfect size for what we need. I suspect if you treat it well Durability will not be an issue.

Leaks like a sieve

My wife bought one of these, no rainproof qualities, leaks from the roof with just morning fog, water stays and does not run down like it should, with this one defect, I would definitely not recommend it, if your intention is to keep rain out. Shoddy cover, the hardware is not too bad.
