Good Value, Clean Design

We ordered two of these chaise lounges. We ordered two more after the first set arrived. The engineering, design and comfort are all very good. They arrived well boxed. Finish is consistent, welds are clean and instructions are clear. There were a couple minor quality control issues. One of the screws was not properly punched out in the center, so there was no way to insert an Allen wrench to tighten it. Fortunately, I had a similar screw in my tool box which worked fine. The second issue was more serious with the hole for screw insertion drilled at a slight angle across the assembly tube at the base of the backrest, on one side. I could not fix that. It results in the backrest tilting at an angle. It still works OK, but isn't quite right. On the other side, the hole is properly drilled, straight across the tube. I did not request an exchange due to the hassle involved for a large item. I have images of these issues, but didn't see a means to attach them to this review.

Great chairs for the price

There is a bar right where you sit that makes it a little uncomfortable. If the bar was curved downward you would not feel it.

I like the chairs but their is a part of the mesh that comes out if you sit on a certain spot. Easy to build.

It wasn't as heavy a product. Seemed not sturdy enough. But good enough for a couple years.

I did not like that it came in pieces. I thought it would be at least partially assembled.

They do not lay flat and should not be left outside at all

Solid chairs, pretty easy to assemble. There are some cons though... as others have mentioned, they absolutely do not lay flat, not a big deal when sitting but do not expect to comfortably lay flat. Secondly, the coating is very thin and water can get in the tubes, after two months outside they are rusting badly and also leaving rust marks on my patio at every leg where the rusty water leaks out.
