Takes about an 1.5 hours to assemble
I purchased these lounge chairs because they match ones that I had ordered several years ago. This chair was easy to assemble but did take almost an hour for the first chair and 35 to 40 minutes for the second chair.. If you have an Allen bit in your drill, it would go much faster. Do not overtighten as you could strip the receiving base from the metal. A sturdy lounge chair that has three sections to assemble the main portion of the lounge chair. Only one portion lifts up to prop yourself at different adjustable heights. Cushion top ties around the legs of the chair. Wish the strings were a bit longer as it is challenging to tie a bow and easy to tie a knot. The chair legs are 1 x 4 legs instead of 4 x 4 legs like they were a few years ago. I am hoping this chair lasts longer than five years like the previous lounge chair.
