Customer service!

I rarely write review but this company (and unit) won me with the customer service, I was convinced my unit was faulty, turns out I'm just not great at following instruction, within 12 hour they had answered me and gave me a video specific to my trouble code and sure enough, I am cold in my living room now (the good kind of cold) I believe you win these thing with good product and above reproach customer service, this seller got them both!

window unit vs split air conditioner

I can't say this was easy to install but with the help of our son-n-law we got it installed. It cools great. Just about cools the whole house. The shipment did come in 2 separate boxes 1 day apart. It did come fully charged. We did get a friend that was an air conditioner tech to just give us some pointer. It's very quiet compared to a window unit. The window unit was loud so every time the compressor would come on, we had to turn up the TV. This was long overdue. I recommend this mini-split air conditioner for everybody.

Fantastic unit

This is the second one I have installed one T my home and another at my folks. They are very straightforward installs. Extremely efficient and heat and cool quietly. I have bought the 240v units for efficiency and of course you need a few extra things to complete the project not everything is provided but the unit it��s self is outstanding so far. Time of course will tell but for the price point zero complaints. Also purchased a set of gauges and line vacuum pump and did it all myself thanks to YouTube and saved a pile of Kinney there as well. Would but again for sure.

Awesome unit

I bought this to replace my window units and supplement my furnace. It works amazingly and so far is making my furnace supplemental. It was delivered early and in perfect condition. The 18k btu unit does move air vertically and horizontally. Install is easy as long as you have the tools needed, knowledge, and skills to do so (which I do having a handyman business). I had it installed in 2 hours and running. For all those who say you don't need to put a vacuum on the system, you are wrong. Even though this unit comes precharged you still need to put a vacuum on the system before you open the valves. Anyone with basic refrigeration knowledge knows that and it does tell you in the instructions to do so. I would highly recommend this unit as economical replacement to a standard central hvac system.
