Sturdy, keeps towels warm. I wish it had a built in automatic shut off for those instances when we forget to manually turn it off.

Well I had a friend check this thing out and turns out the switch light doesn't work, but the warmer does eventually get hot. Although agree with another reviewer that it takes about 3 hours to warm a towel and

Perfect for small spaces

I was looking for a small towel warmer that can be mounted on the wall in a small bathroom and this is perfect. I have a small apartment with a small bathroom that gets pretty cold in the winter and this is great. It takes a while to turn on but I used a smart plug to schedule it to turn on 30 minutes before my shower and it's perfect. It's also great because I was so worried that it would be dangerous for children but it does not get too hot even if left on for hours. It was very simple to install even though the instructions weren't perefct, I didn't need then or even need to use the anchors.

Takes a long time to warm up. Switch is not noticeable and may forget to turn it off.

nice towel warmer

This is a nice towel warmer it is not a towel heater. It does take about 20 to 30 minutes for it to reach the temp that is advertised so I would recommend turning it on at least an hour or so before you use the towel and I would also weave your towel in and out of the bars so as to get as much heat to the towel. It could be a little bit warmer but there maybe a safety issue if it was to get hotter. Overall a good towel warmer and due to the size I was able to install it on the bathroom door.

Its good but I should have studied details better

This is a basic version with an on/off switch. It is designed to dry your towels in 3 hours. Nice shiny chrome finish. Install was easy. There is no automatic timer. It looks pretty am I am sure it serves its purpose well, we should have studied details as we wanted warm towels when getting out of shower. and would have preferred an automatic off timer.

Towel warmer is very attractive looking. Is a nice addition to the bathroom. Easy to install. It is not cheap looking and looks expensive. the issue I have is it take a long time to warm the towels. (alot longer than I anticipated)

Easy to install and works great

This turned out great. I had it installed in minutes and plugged it into a timer, so it comes on automatically every day. My wife loves having a warm towel waiting.

Works but too small for two regular size bath towels

Pictures are deceiving it is smaller than it looks. This is the largest towel warmer you can get yet it is not big enough for two regular size bath towels.

We live in the "cold, but not entirely dry" zone. So our towels suffer from both being chilly in the morning, and not necessarily drying quickly enough not to get sour the rest of the year. In London, we discovered the joy of a wall-mounted combo- towel warmer and bathroom radiator. Game changer! We decided to look for one for home. This is working out as a great towel warmer/dryer, but is not a room radiator (nor, I believe, is it meant to be). It is a handy device, and was not too troublesome to mount on the wall.

Great deal for the price

Great deal for the price. Wife loves it. Only minor issue is the installation, they made it a lot harder than it had to be. I had to install one corner, then hang a level to ensure it was straight and true, make the screw marks, then take it down to prep the remaining screw holes. Not difficult but certainly a better design would have made it a lot easier.
