Great Customer Service

I bought this for my niece as a house warming gift. There was a piece broken off of the fireplace when it arrived. I was concerned that it would be a hassle for them to return it. I contacted Tangkula customer service and sent a picture of the broken piece. I received a quick reply and within 3 days a new fireplace was delivered to her. They advised that there was no need to return the damaged part. The entertainment center looks great and they absolutely love it!

Poorly designed

I purchased the heater and stand together but they are truly 2 separate pieces. The heater has facets the may go to a separate stand. For this stand the header just slides in. The instructions are not clear and they failed to properly label the left/right pieces. I ended up spending time taking it apart and flipping the sides and sometimes upside down in order to solve the puzzle they created. Lastly the remote does work but again it may have been designed for a separate heater because some buttons do not do anything.

It looks good and works well.

I like the heater that puts out a lot of heat for a small unit. The furniture part is attractive and sets off my new 58' TV very nicely. Best money that I've spent on furniture in a while.

The instructions were only pictures and did not tell you the top from the bottom so I ended up having to take it apart many many times before finally getting it right. Now that it is finally together I love love love it and looks great in my space.

The brand name is different than what's listed

The brand was different on the box than what is listed on Amazon and the order did not arrive at the same time. It was fairly easy to assemble and it looks nice. It's lighter than what I expected but for the price, it works.
