Such an issue to get a return my new house was flooded so I wasn’t able to bring things in at the moment but the next thing I know I couldn’t return how to spend $35 They wouldn’t schedule a pick up, but these items are dropped. Amazon drops if FedEx is in your area, they work for Amazon. They would drop off the product or pick it up. They don’t mind. I’m sure if they’ve done it over 20 times at my homes. I can’t recommend this company

Great for dogs too

We actually purchased this for our puppy. She only weighs 2 pounds, and has a hard time getting up to our recliner, so we thought this would help. It definitely does. She figured it out right away. The funny thing is, the grand kids love it as well! I know it's not meant for that, but why not. It's sturdy enough for them to sit on, and they think it's fun, so when they visit they end up sitting on the stairs. High quality. Built to last.

very sturdy

Stairs were pretty easy to assemble if you read the instructions carefully. Very sturdy and height fits the bed too. My 10 year old cat uses them to climb onto bed and she accepted them quite quickly. Good product

The stairs are easy to assemble.

MY stinking cat doesn't use them.I guess some of 'em stay semi feral to the end.And so climbing up on the bed with claws out hawling the way up and jumping down with a "baboom" is preferable to the ease of using these beautiful stairs.I will keep the stairs as a symbol that I try to aid and assist my aging,stubborn felicus domisticus.

Animals love them

I got this for my two cats and my 10 year old dog. I bought one for my dog to be able to get up to my bay window and then later bought a second one. The cats love using it like a jungle gym.

This came very easy to put together. I was missing the hardware and reached out to the seller and they gave me a small refund to go to the hardware store and get the hardware. While I wasn't thrilled about having to make the trip out to the store, I do appreciate that the seller tried to fix the issue. For sturdiness its pretty good no real complains just a little movement when the cats run up and down it, nothing I would be too concerned with. A heavier base board and more supports could possible help solve this issue. For durability the cats after some time will start scratching through the covering on the legs on the stairs. Its soft and thin material and if your cats are heavy scratchers then could make quick work of this in no time.
